In the event something doesn't fit properly, we are happy to issue store credit. Read our return policies below. All returns are issued store credit and must be within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so. If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process your return your store credit will be emailed to you. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. (smoke free condition, no stains or odors!) It must have tags as well! If we are not notified within the 2 days we are not responsible for the damage or defect. Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving them. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS. After being processed orders are shipped out of Lexington, NC. Please do not email us about when your order will ship out unless it has been over 2 business days from your purchase date, as it only delays the processing of your order. If you would like your package expedited please send us an email for a priority shipping charge. Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.
