Return Policy

Our shipping TAT is 2-4 business days unless listed as a preorder. In this case the item will say preorder prior to your purchase

Please read our return policies below.
All returns are issued store credit and must be within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so. If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process your return your store credit will be emailed to you. 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. All items must have tags as well!
If your item is defected or damaged, please send us a photo info@shopmadisonjules.com. We will exchange the item for you as long as we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order. If we are not notified within the 2 days we are not responsible for the damage or defect.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving them. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS. After being processed orders are shipped out of Winston salem, NC. If you would like your package expedited please send us an email for a priority shipping charge.  
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. Please double check your shipping address before checking out.
Returning a Sezzle Order?

An order made with Sezzle can be returned according to our return policy, and you will be issued store credit. Please note your personal agreement with Sezzle will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments and/or late fees.

Items purchased with a coupon code are  final sale
All sale items - marked “final sale”
All intimates (including leggings, seamless tops, bralettes, etc.)
All accessories (hats, watches/watch bands, purses, etc.)
All jewelry
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES BEING LOST IN TRANSIT IF YOU FIND THAT THIS IS THE CASE FOR YOUR PACKAGE YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE. If products are marked as delivered you will need to contact the carrier. We ship via USPS**
