The Bristol clogs with anatomical sole in camel-colored leather. Adjustable with a Cowboy style buckle. CERTIFIED LEATHERS The leathers we use come from suppliers that belong to the Leather Working Group (LWG) with gold status. Quality and durable footwear. Outer material: cowhide Outsole lining: synthetic Sole: EVA. ANATOMICAL PLANT Made of natural cork and foam for greater comfort. An anatomical insole is designed to adapt to the natural shape of the foot and provide support in areas where it is needed. It reduces pressure on sensitive points of the foot, improves alignment & stabilization, and reduces fatigue. It can also help prevent injuries and long-term posture problems. Let's say that anatomical insoles are like a mold of your foot, designed to provide greater comfort, protection and help you walk without pain or discomfort.
In the event something doesn't fit properly, we are happy to issue store credit. Read our return policies below.
All returns are issued store credit and must be within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so. If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process your return your store credit will be emailed to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. (smoke free condition, no stains or odors!) It must have tags as well!
If your item is defected or damaged, please send us a photo info@shopmadisonjules.com. We will exchange the item for you as long as we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order. If we are not notified within the 2 days we are not responsible for the damage or defect.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving them. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS. After being processed orders are shipped out of Lexington, NC. Please do not email us about when your order will ship out unless it has been over 2 business days from your purchase date, as it only delays the processing of your order. If you would like your package expedited please send us an email for a priority shipping charge.
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. Please double check your shipping address before checking out. Once we ship your order you will be responsible for paying a shipping charge to ship it a second time.
